General Regulation

is convened Hall 1, Small Format tridimension which opens in the Plastic Artists' House on Monday, April 25, 2011 .

of participants:

Associated Plastic Artists' House whose dues are current at the time of delivering the works.

not related to partner at the time of submitting your work.

The non-members.

Participants must live in Rosario and its hinterland.

may not participate:

* Jury members or people close to them.

* Members of the Board of the organizing institution.

the admission of the works:

is permitted only a three-dimensional work of free theme-with its base to be exposed, with dimensions not exceeding 40 cm in wide, long or tall (excluding the base).

will not be accepted works of deceased artists, which exceed the size limit stipulated and those with poor or perishable material.

registration:

Because the objective of the Exhibition is to raise funds for the maintenance of the house provides the general registration for $ 30 and $ 20 for members of the institution to be paid upon receipt given by the organizer. The same bill must be submitted at the time of removing the work.

Registration and reception works will be on the following days and times: Thursday 7 and Friday 8 April 1917 to 20 pm, and Saturday 9 April 1910 to 13 pm at the headquarters of the Plastic Artists' House (Av. Belgrano and Sargento Cabral)

The opening date is the day Hall Monday April 25, 2011 at 19:30 and exhibition will run until the day Friday, May 13.

House of artist will take the necessary steps and precautions for works to be returned in the condition they were received, but is not responsible for theft, fire, fortuitous event or force majeure.

Del Jury Awards:

The jury is composed by skilled artists and critics recognized our city, and one member representing the House of artist, who will chair the jury and vote only in case of a tie.

If members of the jury did not present at the time of its formation, may be replaced.

The decisions of the Jury will be final and tilling a report with the verdict, once signed, shall be final.

be awarded 1 st and 2 nd Prize, and honorable mentions that the jury deems necessary.

From the return of works:

The works accepted must be withdrawn on Saturday, May 14, 1910 to 13 pm or Monday, May 16 from 17 to 20 hs.

In matters not covered:

Any issue not covered in these rules shall be decided by Executive Committee of the House of Artists.
