If there is a musical era that I like more than others, should be the early 80s. While we were here with Belaunde, existed in England and the U.S. one movement independent bands who were born from the ashes of punk. Some gang members directly in the genre, other groups used other elements and created a unique sound for its time. In this phenomenon was given the name Post-Punk. Truth does not know who coined the term for this phenomenon, but according to wiki, it was Simon Reynolds, the English critic and renowned hitórico (It sounds like urban legend.) The 2 characteristics of the Post-Punk were the diversity of styles and sounds within the same scene, as well as the subsequent influence, ranging from the Gothic Rock, Indutrial, New Wave, to current bands like Radiohead and Franz Ferdinand.
So I carefully and make a small video Decalogue most representative sound of the era.
